We praise God for His guidance and inspiration in formulating the Territorial Strategic Plan ‘Faith & Courage’, based on Joshua 1:9, which we are halfway through. Please pray for the fruitful implementation of the strategy outlined in the plan: Strong Corps, Strong Leaders, Strong Sustainability. Pray for the spiritual revival of the ministry of the Salvation Army within each country – Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Ukraine – through new saved souls in each corps, the development of officers & local leaders, and our ongoing work towards financial sustainability. 2. We praise God for the doors that are opening for the work of The Salvation Army in Bulgaria. Preparations are underway for the celebration and official opening in October of The Salvation Army in that country. Please pray for those involved in ministry in that country as they discern ways to share the Gospel. 3. We praise God for the way in which ministry has continued to happen in Ukraine. It is well over a year since the conflict in Ukraine commenced. Our constant prayer is for peace to come to Ukraine, and that those ministering in Ukraine (and for those displaced throughout the other countries in the Territory and world), will know God’s presence, protection, provision and strength. |
