Update Personal Details
The Salvation Army (referred to as “the Army”, “we” or “us”) will use personal data, including but not limited to name, telephone number, fax number, email and mailing addresses, collected from you for the purposes for which it was collected.
To provide personal data to the Army is on voluntary basis. However, if you do not provide sufficient personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the services as requested.
We may use your personal data for the purposes of issuing receipts, communications, fundraising, volunteer recruitment and conducting surveys for the Army. The personal data being collected will not be sold, traded or rented in any forms through any means to any other parties.
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right at any time and at no charge to request access to and correction of any personal data that you provide to us. You may also request us to cease to use your personal data for direct marketing purpose. To do so, please make your request via any one of the following channels:
i)Completing the Form and email to email@example.com；or
ii)Visiting the page of “Donor Details Update” on our website.
