The Salvation Army is always concerned about the issue of human trafficking. This year, the Annual Day of Prayer for Victims of Human Trafficking organised by The Salvation Army worldwide will be held on 26 September with the theme of ‘Beyond the Dark’. The Day aims to arouse an awareness on human trafficking and modern slavery, as well as all victims of exploitation around the world. In Hong Kong, Salvation Army Corps (Churches) will briefly introduce the present human trafficking situation to its congregation and respond with prayers and hymns. In future, we will continue to focus on the issue.
