The Social Welfare Department has introduced the Service Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) as a monitoring system on service performance of subvented NGOs. In light of this, the Army has policies and procedures in place to collect and respond to opinions of its service users, staff and related persons on important management matters and ensure these persons are informed of the relevant policies and procedures.
