The scheme was established in 2014. It commits to provide the frail elderly day care or the home care services. The Army is working with the senior citiaens in the Tai Po District for many years. Professional team design appropriate services for the elderly with different special needs, it provides center based services and home rehabilitation and personal care service, with the supports from centers’ rehabilitation equipments to provide diversified treatments.
