The Salvation Army Social Services Department 救世軍社會服務部

The service was commenced in 1991 and formerly known as the “Heng On Workshop”. In 1996, it was funded to set up the “supported employment” service. Since 2000, it has carried out the “one-stop” service. In April 2004, it officially joined the “integrated vocational rehabilitation service” of the Social Welfare Department. The workshop and supported employment were integrated to achieve a more effective resource management which can provide vocational training and job matching according to the abilities and interests of the people with mental disabilities.
