Based on the "family-based, community-based, and inter-generational integration", unit provides services to senior citizens aged over 60 years old in the community. We provide a range of centre-based care and support services during daytime to enable frail and demented elders suffering from moderate or severe level of impairment to maintain their optimal level of functioning, develop their potential, improve their quality of life and to live in their own homes wherever feasible and possible. Our focus is put on the Eastern Kowloon District, especially the Wong Tai Sin area, to promote the development of happy families and harmonious communities.
