The Salvation Army Social Services Department 救世軍社會服務部

The team was established as a pilot project in Dec 1999 to provide enhanced nursing care and rehabilitation services to the senior citizen. After the completion of 40 months trial period, The team was funded by the Social Welfare Department to provide integrated home care service. The team is operated under a cluster-based management approach and connects with different professions so as to provide a continuous, comprehensive and high quality services to the senior citizen which enable them to age in place with dignity.
