The Whole World Mobilising
Go Forward!
back
Salvationists all over the world including officers, soldiers, adherents, staff, youth and children are actively mobilising together: to spread the good news of the gospel, to minister to the needs of our communities and to put our faith into daily action. From January 2017 onwards, all units in the Hong Kong and Macau Command have been mobilised to reach out to people in the community, showing God's love in action.

The Salvation Army International Headquarters set up The Whole World Mobilising website to mobilise Salvationists. Activities of the Hong Kong and Macau Command are shared on the website:

Salvationists actively reach out to people in need to share the gospel with great patience and persistence. Mr Chan Chung-fat shared how God touched the heart of a nearly 90-year-old elder.

Around 170 children aged 2 to 5 from The Salvation Army Hing Yan Kindergarten joined a five-day ‘Summer Fun’ event to get closer to God and learn the fruits of the Spirit through songs, games and Bible studies.

Around 12,000 volunteers from all walks of life went out into the streets and all over the territory to raise funds for the Army. Volunteers approached people on the streets for their contribution to the Army.
